    Are you always on?

    Then you're an always-on-head, sez this NY Times article, who talks about executives connecting with other people during meetings using seven different devices.
    I would say I'm almost always on; except when I'm off. I'm definitely off at most meetings, because I was never good at doodling, so I surf my own internal mindscape.

    Yep, but the common theme is "the lure of data", as the title says... maybe it's the reason for it all.
