There is such a thing as a free lunch

At least, Carlos Cotta and I will be giving out pizza portions for those brave enough to attend our GECCO lunchtime tutorial about complex networks and evolutionary computation (compressed Power Point).
Already halfway into the conference, which organizationally is not great; at least the content is good enough.

I have to agree aout GECCO's organization; it has been bad overall. However, I can get myself to forget this by considering the good quality of the papers and presentations. There is a fascinating variety of interesting research represented at GECCO this year.
