Paper about an smart aggregator uploaded to ArXiV

I have just uploaded a draft of the paper NectaRSS, an RSS feed ranking system that implicitly learns user preferences, after having submitted it to the First Monday journal. This paper is about a smart aggregator that increasingly learns the kind of posts the user likes to read, by creating a profile from his previous clicks.
The app is a bit raw, but it is available under request.
