Want to stop smoking? Use snuff

For what these kind of things are worth, a panes of experts have predicted that sniffing tobacco would reduce health risks associated to smoking:
An overall consensus was reached that the introduction of a new LN-SLT product under strict regulations would increase SLT use, but reduce overall smoking prevalence. This reduction would likely yield substantial health benefits, but uncertainties surround the role of marketing and other tobacco control policies.

What about chewing tobacco, as many baseball players do (or did)? I guess that any of these things would be much better than using nicotine patches...

You'll never go to bed without learning something new :)

For me "snuff" was this kind of movies where real people are tortured or raped just for fun.

Reading the title of the post I was a little bit worried about this new way to fight smoking and about you advertising it...

    Wikipedia is your friend:

Fine-ground smokeless tobacco, intended for use by being sniffed or snorted into the nose

But looks like snuff means also "to kill", thus the name given to that kind of movies.

The children of smokers are likely to begin smoking between 13 and 21 years of age earlier than those whose parents don’t smoke says a new study conducted by
    http://www.freestopsmoking.info/ .

Researchers at the University of Washington tracked the development of positive and anti social behaviors among 808 individuals.

They originally were recruited as 5th grade students from elementary schools in high crime Seattle neighborhoods reports science portal.

“Keeping children from smoking starts with parents and their behavior” Some parents say they disapprove of teenage smoking but continue to smoke themselves said Carl hill, the director of university of Washington’s Seattle social development project and an associate professor of social work.

The evidence is clear from this study that if parents don’t want their children to start smoking it is important for them to stop or reduce smoking.
