    According to this leaked memorandum, climate change is already here and major cities will be flooded. The US will become either Siberia or Atlantis, and where's Kevin Costner when you need him?
    If dry, elevated soil itself becomes a scarce good, some steps will be taken to corner this resource. It's not known yet, but a secret US task force is readying itself to invade Mongolia and Nepal, with Bolivia as a backup if Nepal proves too cold.
