    It's deja vu all over again

    Yogi Berra implanted this meme in everybody's mind, some time ago. Or did he? Some scientists at UCI are investigating the subject of implanting entirely false memories, as well as studying the mechanisms of its casual creation. It's not clear whether the full memory of a holiday can be implanted, as happens in We can remember it for you wholesale, by Philip K. Dick.
    Before that, it will probably be used for commercial applications, such as changing the memories you have of using a product. That seems to have been done already; but I can't find the link now.
    Well, we live in interesting times. Or we will remember them as such in the future.
